Arenal Volcano - Combination Tour with Hanging Bridges
A 3 km hiking trip through the tropical humid forest. Passing 15 bridges from 5 to 100 meters long and up to 60 meters high: a spectacular scenery of birds, reptiles, mammals and insects.
Next stop is La Fortuna Waterfall with the huge swimming hole and the large rocks nearby. After swimming - lunch in town. Tour to the volcano: hiking through the forest to get to the lava flow, plants, wildlife and Arenal Lake. See and hear the glowing rocks of lava tumbling down of the mountain. In the end, the thermal water of Tabacón or Baldi resort for a few hours and dinner there.

♥ Safari Float Trip on the Peñas Blancas River
Experience the peacefulness of the forest traveling on Peñas Blancas River while observing various animals. Experienced naturalist will unveil many fascinating details about the trees, plants, birds and other animals.

♥ Venado Caves Tour
Get wet and muddy, fascinating adventure under ground, narrow passages and incredible labyrinths and chambers, famous formation of
rock named "La Papaya," and astonishing other stalactites and stalagmites.

♥ Hanging Bridges
The Arenal Hanging Bridges tour takes place on a 600 acre reserve filled with lush vegetation and a variety of birds and animals.
The trail itself is 1.9 miles (3.1 km) in length, crossing 9 fixed bridges and 6 hanging bridges laid out at a maximum grade of 7 degrees - anyone can walk it.

♥ Expedition to Chato Hill
We start with hiking towards the summit of Chato Hill through a very dense primary forest, visiting the lagoon at the top, swimming and discover the surroundings.
Continue descending in the dense forest, watch birds, plants, animals, insects and immense trees. Beautiful view of San Carlos Valley and Arenal Volcano.
The walk will end in La Fortuna Waterfall, descending again to it's base for a beautiful natural landscape view. After a refreshing swim we will return to La Fortuna by car.

♥ Arenal Volcano Tour
The tour begins with a hike. We'll go either to the trail “Los Tucanes” at the National Park or Mirador El Silencio, depended upon which side of the volcano the lava is flowing. An opportunity to observe a great variety of plants, wildlife, magnificent lava rock formations and the Arenal Lake.
During the tour an interesting and educational information will be provided regarding it's history.
The tour concludes with a relaxing stop at the mineral hot springs (optional).

♥ Kayaking on Lake Arenal
Pleasant morning of kayaking on Lake Arenal and breath taking view of the Arenal Volcano.
You may observe different species of birds like the “Flycatcher”, “Kingfisher”, “Great Blue Heron” and “Aninga” and may also hear the monkeys!

♥ Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge
The Caño Negro wildlife refuge is considered as one of the richest sites of bird watching in the continent. Caño Negro is also a refuge for many other animals such as: monkeys, sloths, caimans, lizards, bats and a variety of native flora of the wet land.
Los Chiles is a rustic town five kilometers from the border of Nicaragua, there, we take the boat down to Río Frío for about three hours. A professional guide will explain about the plantations flora and fauna of the region.

♥ Hiking to Celeste River
A typical breakfast before arriving to Tenorio Volcano National Park.
We’ll begin a 7 k.m hike (approximately 4 hours) through the tropical rain forest.
“Los Teñíderos” of the Rio Celeste, the site where two streams of crystalline water meet and form the heavenly color that gives the river its name. Return through trails, abundant with ecological wonders that lead to the “OLLAS”, openings in the earth where we can excavate in healing mud, take a mud bath and dip in the natural hot springs while observing the attractions of Tenorio Volcano.
Hike through the jungle to seek out the volcano’s furnace vents that expels gases of extreme high temperature. Conclude with lunch.

♥ ATV Tour
The Quads Adventure ATV tour not only gives you the opportunity for adventure and fun but also includes nature and unique views of the majestic Arenal Volcano.
The trail you will traverse goes through pastureland at the base of the volcano - numerous opportunities to view the volcano before arriving to Lago de Los Lirios, the only lake in the area that contains sulfur residues from the volcano. From there you will continue with the trail passing through tropical humid forest observing the area’s flora and fauna, arriving to the lookout point where you get the best view of the volcano and some of its most recent flows. Expert naturalist guide will tell you about the volcano’s history and characteristics. After two hours of combining adrenaline with nature, return to the starting point and get to see and learn about crocodiles, frogs and the area’s beautiful butterflies, finally a dip in the complex swimming pools.

♥ Poas Volcano National Park
The Poas Volcano has some of the world's largest geysers with an awesome crater, over 1.5 km wide.
The volcano is active, but completely safe for viewing. This tour begins with a beautiful drive through the lush coffee plantations and flower farms of the area.
In addition to the volcano, the Poas National Park is a 9,884 acre reserve with rich tropical vegetation and animal life. The tour includes a hike through the forest surrounding teeming with typical plant life and exotic birds. The hike concludes at a restful emerald green tropical lagoon.

La Paz Waterfall Gardens is absolutely spectacular! This large property features the world's largest butterfly observatory, hummingbird and orchid gardens and perfectly designed safe trails along the La Paz River with 5 large waterfalls.
