However, it may contain photographs, other types of images, and/or videos, which are subject to intellectual property rights and, therefore, cannot be used by third parties without the prior and express consent of Pretty Days Development S.A., granting the corresponding credit to this company, in accordance with the current copyright laws, if applicable. “Information” is understood as the set of data organized and presented by Pretty Days Development S.A. on this Portal, whether in the form of text, diagrams, drawings, banners, links, statistics, videos, photographic images, sounds, or any other form of information presentation. This Information is deemed to be the property of Pretty Days Development, and it holds all intellectual property rights protected by law.

3. Registration on the Page

It is mandatory to complete the reservation form in all its fields with valid data in order to use the services provided by Pretty Days Development S.A. The future User must complete it with their personal information in an exact, precise, and true manner (“Personal Data”) and undertakes to update the Personal Data as necessary. Pretty Days Development S.A. may use various means to identify its Users, but Pretty Days Development S.A. is NOT responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided by its Users. Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Data entered.

Pretty Days Development S.A. reserves the right to request some proof and/or additional data to verify the Personal Data, as well as to temporarily or permanently suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed.

The User will be responsible for all operations carried out in their Account, as access to it is restricted to the entry and use of their Security Key, which is known exclusively by the User. The User agrees to notify Pretty Days Development S.A. immediately and by appropriate and reliable means, of any unauthorized use of their Account, as well as unauthorized access by third parties to it.

Pretty Days Development S.A. reserves the right to reject any registration request or to cancel a previously accepted registration, without being obliged to communicate or explain the reasons for its decision and without generating any right to compensation or indemnification.

4. Price

Prices are exclusively for reservations on landsinlove.com, are subject to change without prior notice, and include all sales taxes, according to current regulations in Costa Rica.

5. Payment Method

All forms of payment are subject to verification and authorization. The authorized payment methods from the website are as follows:

– Credit and Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard)

Pretty Days Development S.A. is not responsible for handling and using stolen credit cards because our portal cannot deny the sale when the issuing bank has authorized the transaction and the data registered in our sales system matches the registration.

– Cash

Payment can be made in cash upon delivery of the item, either by paying the courier or when picking up the item at the office.

– Bank Transfer

You can make a bank deposit in any of the banks where Pretty Days Development S.A. has an available account. The delivery of the item is subject to prior review of the deposit. Once the deposit is validated, the item will be delivered.

6. Cancellations

Anyone can cancel a reservation, which may be subject to a refund depending on the time before check-in and when prior notice is given to Pretty Days Development S.A. During the high season, cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance, one week before incurs a 50% penalty, and less than one week incurs a 100% penalty.

7. Currency

Prices on the website will be displayed in US dollars.

8. System or Database Violations

No action or use of devices, software, or other means aimed at interfering with both the activities and operations of Pretty Days Development S.A. and the offers, descriptions, accounts, or databases of Pretty Days Development S.A. is permitted. Any intrusion, attempt, or activity that violates or is contrary to intellectual property rights laws and/or the prohibitions stipulated in this contract will make the responsible party liable to the relevant legal actions and the sanctions provided for in this agreement, as well as liable to compensate for the damages caused.

9. System Failures

Pretty Days Development S.A. is not responsible for any damage, harm, or loss to the User caused by system failures, server issues, or Internet issues. Pretty Days Development S.A. is also not responsible for any virus that may infect the User’s equipment as a result of accessing, using, or examining its website or as a result of any data, file, image, text, or audio transfer contained therein. Users cannot hold Pretty Days Development S.A. responsible or demand payment for lost profits due to technical difficulties or system or Internet failures. Pretty Days Development S.A. does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access and use of its site. The system may eventually be unavailable due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or for any other circumstances beyond Pretty Days Development S.A.’s control; in such cases, efforts will be made to restore it as quickly as possible without assigning any type of responsibility. Pretty Days Development S.A. is not responsible for any errors or omissions contained on its website.

10. Credit and/or Debit Card Refund

Once the credit or debit card refund process is authorized, the bank will be requested to refund the payment to the cardholder. The refund time may vary depending on the card-issuing bank.
